Our Bussers earn $300 or more per week in tip out, on top of their hourly pay. At Atlantic Ocean, we take care of the people who take care of the floor, and our support staff is paid accordingly. If you are a hard worker who shows up ready and takes pride in what you do, this role will reward you for it.

We are a team-first restaurant. That means everyone wins together — servers tip out because bussers make their service possible. You are not in the background. You are part of what makes this floor run.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will keep the dining room clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout every shift. You will clear and reset tables promptly, maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms throughout service, and run food from the kitchen to guest tables accurately and efficiently. You will greet guests warmly when needed, assist with food knowledge questions when running plates, and support the team wherever the floor needs you. Every guest interaction matters — even as a busser.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with energy, reliability, and a genuine team mentality. You must be comfortable greeting guests, running food, and keeping the restrooms stocked and clean during service. A basic understanding of food and the ability to communicate with both guests and teammates is essential. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required — your attitude and work ethic matter most.

RESPONSABILIDADES

REQUISITOS

Actitud positiva y disposición para trabajar en equipo. Comodidad para saludar clientes y correr alimentos. Conocimiento básico del menú. Bilingüe en inglés y español es una ventaja importante. Experiencia previa en restaurantes es preferida pero no requerida.
