DOMODOMO Hospitality is proud to bring its next chapter to O‘ahu. Since opening New York’s first hand roll bar in 2015, we’ve grown into a family of brands—DOMODOMO (NYC, Jersey City, Dallas, and soon Hawaii), Koban, ONDO, DOMOTO, and BRBQ—each carrying our philosophy of culinary craftsmanship, design-forward hospitality, and innovation rooted in tradition.

Over the past decade, DOMODOMO has built its reputation on creativity, consistency, and dedication—earning recognition on the MICHELIN Guide’s Bib Gourmand list (2017–2023) in New York City. Now, as we prepare to open DOMODOMO Hawaii in November 2025, we’re excited to share our craft, spirit, and hospitality with the local community and visitors from around the world.

This isn’t just another restaurant opening—it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, teamwork, and passion. We’re looking for a Server who is passionate about hospitality and someone who will help bring our Hawaii vision to life.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
• Assist servers by refilling water, beverages, and condiments as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and work areas
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and trash efficiently
• Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Provide friendly and helpful support to guests when appropriate
• Help restock supplies and prepare the restaurant for service

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing 25 lbs or more
• Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
