Duties

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages quickly and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Support kitchen staff with food running duties, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, chairs, floors, and service stations regularly
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies following safe lifting practices
• Buss tables efficiently by removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware without disrupting guest experience
• Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding to their needs promptly

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with food handling and safety standards is a plus
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food preparation, and general restaurant operations is desirable
• Prior banquet or hospitality experience can be beneficial but is not required
• Must be energetic, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.15 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
