Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area
• Assist servers by delivering food orders accurately and efficiently from the kitchen to guests’ tables
• Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs
• Support the kitchen staff by handling food safely and following proper food handling procedures
• Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments to enhance guest comfort
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service and address guest needs promptly
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience from start to finish

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a tidy environment
• Experience in bussing tables and supporting food service operations is a plus
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
• Previous restaurant or catering experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
