Busser/Food Runner

About the Role

At Tasty Delicious, our guests never clear their own trays. That's where you come in. As our Food Runner/Busser, you'll keep the dining room spotless, organized and ready for every guest who walks through the door. You'll get food to tables quickly and accurately, and you'll keep every table, chair and condiment station in top shape throughout service.

What You'll Do

Dining Room Cleanliness

• Clear and clean all tables promptly after guests finish, including trays, dishes, glassware and trash
• Reset tables so they're clean and ready for the next guests
• Wipe down and sanitize chairs, booths and seating areas
• Sweep floors throughout service to keep the dining room clean at all times
• Mop, sanitize surfaces and complete opening and closing cleaning duties

Trash and Back-of-House Support

• Change out trash bins before they overflow
• Keep the trash area clean, organized and odor-free
• Carry trays, boxes and supplies using safe lifting practices

Condiment and Supply Stations

• Refill condiments, napkins, utensils and other guest supplies
• Clean condiment bottles and keep stations wiped down and organized
• Restock supplies throughout the shift so guests always have what they need

Food Running and Guest Service

• Deliver orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately, following food handling and presentation standards
• Help kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed, following food safety guidelines
• Greet guests warmly and answer simple questions or point them to a team member who can help

What We're Looking For

• A strong eye for detail and pride in keeping things extremely clean
• Ability to stay on your feet, move quickly and lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliability and punctuality
• Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person.
• Familiarity with food safety, POS systems, or banquet/catering work is a bonus

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
