Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient customer service as the first point of contact
• Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
• Assist servers with bussing tables, food handling, and delivering items to guests as needed
• Set tables according to restaurant standards, including proper placement of silverware, glassware, and napkins
• Support kitchen staff by handling heavy lifting tasks safely during food preparation or catering setups
• Maintain high levels of sanitation through regular cleaning of dining areas, chairs, and service stations
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is key
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety standards, and proper table setting techniques
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Experience in catering or hotel hospitality is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving furniture or supplies
• A positive attitude, energetic approach, and eagerness to contribute to a lively dining atmosphere

Pay: $23.16 - $27.89 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
