Job Summary

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations or waiting lists efficiently
• Prepare and set tables with proper tableware, linens, and condiments to ensure a polished presentation
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining high sanitation standards
• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering food or beverages when needed
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies following safe lifting practices
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors and sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating arrangements and service flow

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety protocols within the food industry
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and professionalism
• Experience in catering or kitchen environments is a plus but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 36.0 per week
