Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage table settings, ensuring each table is clean, properly set, and ready for new guests
• Clear and buss tables efficiently, removing dishes and resetting for the next guests while maintaining sanitation standards
• Assist with food service by delivering dishes from the kitchen to tables when needed
• Support safe manual handling practices when lifting heavy items such as trays or large tableware
• Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating arrangements and ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards within the food industry
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
