Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment, and assist with food and beverage service. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the food industry. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Ensure tables are clean, sanitized, and properly set for incoming guests
• Buss tables by clearing dishes, utensils, and glassware in a timely manner
• Assist with cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Support catering events or special functions as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Skills

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality industries is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic kitchen experience or hotel experience is advantageous but not required
• Willingness to learn new skills related to serving, bussing, and food industry best practices
• Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.35 - $25.71 per hour
