We are hiring Bussers / Server Assistants to become an important part of our opening front-of-house team.

The Role

Our Bussers / Server Assistants are not simply clearing tables. They are an active part of service and play an important role in the rhythm of the dining room.

You’ll work alongside servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers to keep tables cared for, anticipate what guests and teammates need, and help service move smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Reset and maintain tables according to Amendment standards
• Clear and properly handle dishes, glassware, and flatware
• Maintain water service and assist with other guest needs
• Support servers throughout the guest experience
• Help deliver food and other items when needed
• Maintain clean and organized service stations
• Communicate table status and guest needs to servers and managers
• Assist with opening and closing dining-room responsibilities
• Maintain awareness of the dining room and anticipate where help is needed
• Treat every guest interaction with warmth and professionalism
• Jump in and support the team wherever necessary

Who We’re Looking For

Restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

This can be an excellent position for someone who wants to enter a higher-level restaurant environment and learn hospitality from the ground up.

Compensation: Hourly wage + tip share
Schedule: Evening and weekend availability required
Location: Downtown Sturgis, Michigan

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
