Rosebud Steakhouse at Fox Haven Square in St. Charles is looking for energetic, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our Front of House team as Bussers, Food Runners, and Server Assistants.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bartenders in providing exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience.
• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately, promptly, and professionally.
• Assist with water service, bread service, and other guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service stations.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
• Anticipate guest needs and support fellow team members without waiting to be asked.
• Work as part of a team to maintain efficient service during busy dining periods.
• Help ensure that every guest receives the level of hospitality and attention expected at Rosebud Steakhouse.

Scheduling & Availability Requirements

As a busy upscale steakhouse, our greatest staffing needs occur during evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

• Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as business demands.
• Must be available during peak seasonal periods, including major holidays, special events, and other high-volume dining periods.
• Flexibility in scheduling is essential, particularly during our busiest service periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Weekend and peak seasonal availability are mandatory requirements for this position.
