Busser/Server

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Set up and clear tables, restock supplies, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Upsell menu items and enhance the guest experience.
• Handle cash transactions and cashiering duties accurately.
• Assist with basic food preparation when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• POS experience, especially Micros POS, is an asset.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Must be available to work weekends.
