Duties

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a spotless dining area for incoming patrons
• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering condiments or utensils as needed
• Support food service operations by helping with food handling and delivery to tables in coordination with servers
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and organizing supplies
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
• Assist with catering setups or special event support when required
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines related to food handling and restaurant hygiene standards

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing techniques, and food industry best practices is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with hotel or catering services is a plus but not mandatory
• A friendly attitude coupled with excellent customer service skills is essential for success in this role
