Responsibilities

• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests
• Support the serving team with food and beverage delivery, including cocktail and drink service
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and service stations
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Restock supplies like utensils, napkins, glassware, and condiments to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures
• Engage with guests to provide friendly guest services and address basic inquiries about menu items or specials

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transaction processing
• Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and upselling techniques
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude toward guest relations
• Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of drink service etiquette is desirable
