Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Clear tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout service
• Assist with setting up dining areas, including cleaning tables and resetting for new guests
• Support the team by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the dining space
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, handling special requests, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or food industry settings is a plus
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties diligently to uphold hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
