Job Overview

We are looking for friendly and hardworking Bussers/Servers to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support bartenders with drink service, including cocktail preparation and beverage refills
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items, wine selections, or specialty drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation and food handling protocols
• Provide excellent guest relations through friendly interactions, attentive service, and prompt responses to requests

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of beverage service, including spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle sales transactions smoothly
• Basic math skills for bill calculations and change processing
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous but not required
• Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
