Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and supporting revenue growth for SOLID GROUP. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves collaborating with technical and product teams to understand service capabilities, contributing to marketing and outreach initiatives, and ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience throughout the business development cycle. Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate markets, identify opportunities, and interpret data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients, present proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of software development and programming concepts to effectively discuss technical solutions with internal teams and clients.
• Proven sales skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or related environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with a professional and inclusive approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
