About Us

PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (https://www.stella.com.hk/).

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review customer orders and forecasts to support smooth production planning.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Material Control, and Factory to ensure on-time production and shipment.
• Monitor order progress, production schedules, material availability, and delivery status.
• Plan material requirements based on customer demand, forecast, and factory capacity.
• Maintain accurate order, material, and BOM data in the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory, label, packing, and tooling requirements.
• Prepare regular reports related to orders, planning, and inventory.
• Coordinate with related departments and factories to resolve operational issues.
• Support continuous improvement and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Experience in manufacturing, planning, order management, or supply chain is preferred.
• Experience in the footwear industry is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
