Bussiness development executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new billboard locations, building relationships with property owners and business partners, negotiating contracts, and expanding the company's outdoor advertising network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new billboard locations across assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, and commercial businesses.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential advertising locations.
• Negotiate lease agreements and secure favorable commercial terms.
• Coordinate with legal and operations teams to complete documentation and site approvals.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
• Monitor competitors and market trends within the outdoor advertising industry.
• Ensure all acquired sites comply with company standards and local regulations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate, or Outdoor Advertising.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in billboard acquisition or the outdoor advertising industry.
• Existing network with property owners, developers, or real estate professionals.
• Strong understanding of market analysis and location assessment.

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
