Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide customers with relevant information.
• Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Convert interested prospects into customers by effectively communicating product benefits.
• Schedule appointments or meetings with interested customers.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales/conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and customer follow-up.
• Provide regular updates on calling activities, lead status, and conversions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
