Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our EdTech team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential students/customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand customer/student requirements and explain relevant courses and programs.
• Convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth enrollment and customer support.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Counselling / EdTech Sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with calling and follow-up activities.
• Candidates with prior EdTech/Sales experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
