Job Description – Business Executive (Scaffolding)

Position: Business Executive Location: Lucknow & Kanpur (Field-based role with office reporting) Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Business Head

Key Responsibilities

• Drive scaffolding sales and business development in Lucknow and Kanpur markets.
• Identify and engage construction companies, contractors, and infrastructure firms as potential clients.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for timely delivery of scaffolding materials.
• Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and industry trends in Lucknow & Kanpur.
• Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings in the region.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Graduate (BBA / MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in scaffolding, construction materials, or infrastructure equipment.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and scaffolding systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English; local dialects are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills in Lucknow & Kanpur markets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
