Job Responsibilities

• Generate genuine leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and personal networking.
• Contact potential customers and explain property details, pricing, and project amenities.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Schedule property site visits and coordinate with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain customer information, lead records, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team and team leaders to improve conversion rates.
• Promote real estate projects through digital platforms and referrals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, and social media.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
