Business Development Manager – Aesthetic Clinic

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and patient acquisition for our aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase clinic revenue.
• Generate new leads through partnerships, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and local outreach.
• Build relationships with clients, doctors, influencers, and business partners.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments and treatments.
• Promote aesthetic, skin, hair, and cosmetic treatment services.
• Monitor sales targets, conversions, and overall business performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and support clinic expansion.
• Coordinate with the marketing and clinic teams to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Clinic Management.
• Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, beauty, wellness, or healthcare is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to manage a team and build professional relationships.
