Business Development Manager (BDM)Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for converting admission leads into enrollments, supporting the admission team, monitoring follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert student admission leads into enrollments.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
• Track all leads and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support the admission team in achieving monthly admission targets.
• Guide and motivate team members to improve lead conversion.
• Monitor individual team performance and conversion rates.
• Assist team members with difficult enquiries and admission closures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
