Bussiness Development Manager

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in Renewable Energy, Solar, BESS, EPC, and related sectors. Generate and qualify leads through networking, client references, calls, emails, and other business development activities. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to provide suitable solutions. Conduct client meetings and deliver professional company and service presentations. Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, presentations, and other technical commercial documents. Manage end-to-end e-tendering activities, including tender identification, documentation, bid preparation, and online submission. Track and maintain MIS for business development activities, including leads, client interactions, opportunities, follow-ups, tender status, and sales performance. Follow up with prospective clients and support negotiations to convert opportunities into successful business. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business opportunities. Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets. Prepare regular business development reports and provide updates to management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth handover of confirmed projects.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
