1. Assistant Manager / Manager: Acquisition (ACQ Managers / Sales)

**Openings:** 10 | **Experience:** 4 years | **Pay:** ₹30,000 / month

**Role summary** Drive HB acquisition by building and managing a pipeline of new HB partners in the Noida region.

**Key responsibilities**

• Own HB acquisition targets (monthly and quarterly) and deliver against them

• Identify, pitch and onboard new HB prospects

• Manage the sales funnel from lead to onboarding, with timely follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and field activity

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

• Report acquisition numbers and blockers to leadership regularly

**Requirements**

• 4+ years in sales or business development, preferably in acquisition roles

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills

• Comfortable with field work and target-driven environments
