Bussiness Development project

About the role

This role involves identifying and developing new construction project opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, owners, developers, contractors, and related stakeholders. You will prepare and follow up on project proposals, present company products and services to potential clients, monitor tender processes through to project closing, and maintain strong client relationships to develop repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new construction project opportunities
• Approach and build relationships with prospective clients, owners, developers, contractors, and related parties
• Prepare and follow up on project proposals
• Present company products and services to prospective clients
• Monitor tender processes, quotations, negotiations, and project closing
• Maintain strong client relationships and develop repeat orders
• Conduct market research on construction projects and new business opportunities
• Coordinate with Estimator, Engineering, Project, and Management teams during the project proposal process
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and project pipeline development

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing/Sales Project, particularly in construction
• Strong network in construction, property, developer, or corporate sectors (valued)
• Understanding of tender processes and construction project procurement (valued)
