Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.

The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

Position: BUTCHER

Job Summary:

The Butcher is responsible for preparing, peeling, and slicing food items according to company standards while ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the butchery area. The role requires strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as efficient preparation of ingredients used for marination and other kitchen needs. The Butcher plays a key role in supporting kitchen operations by delivering high-quality, properly prepared ingredients in a safe and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack, seal, and label food products according to set standards and portion requirements.
• Inspect food items to ensure freshness, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times.
• Operate basic packing equipment (e.g., sealers, weighing scales, labeling machines).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Monitor packaging materials and report shortages or issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure accurate counts and correct labeling of food items before distribution.
• Assist in inventory management by recording packed items and monitoring stock levels.
• Follow health, safety, and company policies to prevent contamination or spoilage.
• Work closely with the production and kitchen teams to meet daily packing quotas.

Qualifications:

·        At least high school graduate or equivalent; vocational training in butchery or food preparation is an advantage.

·        Preferably with experience in butchery, food preparation, or kitchen work.

·        Knowledge of proper handling, slicing, and peeling techniques for various food items.

·        Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

·        Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.

·        Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain cleanliness in the work area.

·        Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

·        Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
