- Menjaga kebersihan area kerja dan peralatan.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim kitchen untuk kelancaran oprasional.
Kualifikasi :
- berpengalaman di bagian potong (diutamakan restoran chinese)
- Memahami teknik dasar pemotongan daging
- Disiplin, teliti, cekatan, dan bertanggung jawab
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim
- Mampu bekerja dibawa tekanan
- Menjaga kebersihan dan standar hygiene
