What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Meat Preparation: Cut, bone, grind, and trim meats (beef, pork, poultry) into consumer-ready portions like steaks, roasts, and chops.
- Sanitation and Safety: Clean and sanitize tools (knives, saws, grinders) and work areas to meet health codes.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, inspect meat quality upon delivery, and place supplier orders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Skills: Strong knife skills, knowledge of different meat cuts, and safe machinery operation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
