We are seeking an experienced Butcher for Full-time work in our retail shop with shifts available across Monday through to Sunday. The ideal candidate has experience in Asian-style butchery, including preparing specialist cuts and meat products commonly used across East and Southeast Asian cuisines for grocery, foodservice and restaurant customers.

This is a role suited to butchers looking for:

• ✅ Full-time employment in retail
• ✅ Part-time work (ideal if you want to maintain other employment)

🔪 Key Responsibilities

• Portion cutting meat to customer specifications
• Bandsaw operation (essential)
• Boning, trimming, slicing and knife work
• Maintaining yield, consistency and product quality
• Working within food safety / HACCP standards
• General production / warehouse duties (full-time roles)

✅ Skills & Experience

• Experience as a butcher
• Strong bandsaw experience (essential)
• Ability to portion cut accurately to weight and spec
• Reliable with ability to work
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments

💰 Pay & Benefits

• $38 – $50 per hour (depending on experience and arrangement)

• Monday–Sunday shifts on offer

• Flexible arrangements to suit full-time or part-time

• Opportunity to work part-time and continue other employment
