We are looking for a qualified butcher who can carry out daily jobs of-
* Boning and trimming all cuts of meat to a high standard
*Preparing the counter display
*Serving the counter
*Use all butcher equipment, slicing machines sausage fillers etc
*Keep the cleanliness of the shop and working area to a high standard
*Good time keeping
