Key Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare meat products in accordance with quality and food safety standards
• Ensure proper product display, labelling and stock replenishment
• Assist with inventory control and maintain product availability
• Provide friendly customer service and recommend suitable products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the meat counter
• Support daily counter operations and sales activities

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety practices
• Able to read product labels and follow food safety procedures
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude and good teamwork
• Able to carry up to 10kg
• Comfortable climbing ladders for stock replenishment
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
