Location: Split role — D R Binns Butchery, Penistone and Graysons Farmers & Butchers Ltd, Nether Haugh, Rotherham

Pay: Competitive, depending on experience

Hours: Full time

This is a rare opportunity to work across two young, award-winning butchery businesses, in a full-time role split between D R Binns Butchery and Graysons Farmers & Butchers.

Both businesses share a passion for quality, craft and customer service, but each offers something different — giving you the best of both worlds: the pace, variety and teamwork of a big, busy operation at D R Binns, and the hands-on, close-knit environment of a small, growing farm-to-fork business at Graysons.

What the Role Could Include

Depending on your skills and experience, duties may include:

● Breaking down carcasses and primal cuts

● Producing retail-ready cuts and products

● Sausage making and burger production

● Packing and labelling products

● Preparing customer and shop orders

● Stock rotation and stock management

● Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety

● Supporting the development of new products

● Helping ensure the retail shop is fully stocked and ready for trade
