What they need
Laffa & Co. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Butcher to join our restaurant team.
Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, portion, and prepare meats according to restaurant standards
- Prepare meat for daily kitchen production
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of products
- Keep the butcher/prep area clean and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Minimize waste and maintain consistent portion sizes
Requirements
- Butcher or professional meat-cutting experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of safe food handling
- Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team
- Must be available for a full-time, 40-hour work week
Pay: $17/hour
