The Penthouse Butler provides seamless, discreet, and highly personalized service from pre-arrival to departure, anticipating needs and creating memorable moments that elevate the guest journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute the full Penthouse guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and luxury experience at every stage.
• Engage with guests prior to arrival to understand preferences, including travel details, dining, activities, dietary needs, and special occasions.
• Curate bespoke itineraries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure all arrangements are flawlessly executed.
• Prepare personalized welcome amenities and ensure the Penthouse is fully inspected and guest-ready.
• Deliver a refined arrival experience, including warm greeting, in-suite check-in, and establishment of direct communication channels.
• Act as the dedicated point of contact throughout the stay, anticipating needs and responding promptly with tailored solutions.
• Coordinate dining, activities, and daily plans while maintaining flexibility to adapt to guest preferences.
• Oversee Penthouse presentation in collaboration with Housekeeping, ensuring consistent comfort and perfection.
• Enhance the guest experience through thoughtful gestures such as turndown amenities, personalized notes, and cultural touches.
• Ensure a smooth departure process, including pre-review of guest folios and preparation of elegant farewell arrangements.
