Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized and exceptional service to guests throughout their stay.
Welcome guests and assist with check-in, room orientation and luggage coordination.
Attend to guest requests promptly and ensure timely service.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments for guest requirements.
Assist VIP guests and manage special requests, amenities and arrangements.
Serve food and beverages as per service standards when required.
Maintain guest preferences and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette and luxury hospitality service.
Follow all company SOPs, service standards and guest satisfaction requirements.

Job Expectations:

Strong hospitality and guest service background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred. Minimum Job Experience: 1-3 years Reporting to: Director F&B Travel: NA
