Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional butler and personal assistance services to senior management.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, meals, and refreshments to management and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office, meeting rooms, and pantry.
• Assist with daily office requirements and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, refreshments, and basic arrangements for visitors.
• Handle documents, files, courier, and other office-related work as required.
• Support senior management with day-to-day personal and office assistance.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, drivers, and other support staff.
• Ensure a well-maintained, organized, and professional office environment.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding management and office matters.
