About the role

A Butler role based at Brown Feather Pererenan, reporting to the Operations Manager / HK Leader. The position is part of the Room Division department and involves welcoming and providing excellent service to guests from arrival to departure, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay at the villa.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and provide excellent service to guests from arrival to departure
• Assist guests and ensure their needs during their stay are met
• Support guest check-in and check-out processes according to villa standards
• Provide information about villa facilities, breakfast, surrounding areas, and available activities
• Handle guest requests quickly, in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordinate guest needs with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and related departments
• Ensure villa areas and guest facilities are clean, tidy, and ready for use
• Assist with breakfast service, food and beverage service, and guest dining needs as required
• Conduct villa inspections before guest arrival and ensure all amenities are available
• Handle guest complaints professionally and follow up until issues are resolved

About you

• Experience as a Butler, House Keeping, Guest Service, Front Office, Waiter/Waitress, or other hospitality position is valued
• Strong communication skills and guest service orientation
• Friendly, polite, confident, and with good service attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Good English language skills, particularly for daily communication
• Neat appearance and good grooming standards
• Willing to work shift systems, weekends, and public holidays
• Class C driving licence is valued
