Butler

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and service-oriented Butler to provide personalized assistance and an exceptional experience to clients and guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide personalized service and attend to client requirements promptly.
• Coordinate with salon, spa, and other operational teams to ensure smooth service.
• Assist clients with appointments, refreshments, seating, and other requirements.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, etiquette, and presentation.
• Handle client requests, queries, and concerns professionally.
• Ensure the service area and guest facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Anticipate client needs and provide proactive assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with VIP and premium clients.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff when required.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all guests.
• Follow company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Butler, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Luxury Service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Strong etiquette and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and polite in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of luxury hospitality and premium client service.
• Good coordination and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle VIP clients with discretion and professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of salon/spa services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
