About the Role

We are seeking polished, professional, and service-oriented Butlers to provide personalised, discreet, and attentive service to guests/residents while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised and attentive service to guests/residents and anticipate their needs.
• Prepare and maintain guest rooms, living spaces, and service areas to a high standard.
• Assist with serving food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Assist guests with luggage, packing, unpacking, and other personal requests where required.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of guest preferences and service requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, kitchen, concierge, drivers, and other service teams.
• Handle guest belongings, personal information, and requests with care and discretion.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, presentation, and conduct.
• Ensure a consistently exceptional and discreet guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; OND/ND in Hospitality and Tourism Management or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Service Officer, Personal Assistant, or in a similar service-oriented role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, private household service, or premium guest services is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and effective under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different service teams.
