- Memberikan pelayanan personal serta membantu kebutuhan tamu selama menginap.
- Mengatur layanan concierge, termasuk reservasi restoran, transportasi, dan aktivitas wisata.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Housekeeping terkait kebersihan kamar dan laundry.
- Melakukan komunikasi rutin dengan tamu sebelum kedatangan, setelah check-in, dan sebelum check-out.
- Menyediakan layanan Buggy shuttle gratis untuk area Canggu.Bertanggung jawab memberikan pelayanan personal kepada tamu selama menginap, termasuk proses check-in, membantu kebutuhan dan reservasi tamu, berkoordinasi dengan tim Housekeeping, serta memastikan kenyamanan dan pengalaman menginap yang berkesan di villa.
