THE TEAM

You will join our Butlers team and report directly to the Chief Butler. Working closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, In Room Dining and Front Office, you will help create a seamless and highly personalised experience for every guest.

YOUR ROLE

As a Butler, you will observe guests’ personal preferences, anticipate their needs and provide thoughtful, discreet service throughout their stay. You will be an important link between each guest and the hotel, coordinating special requests, reservations, suite services and personalised experiences while maintaining Rosewood’s high standards of service and hospitality.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and follow every request through to completion and total guest satisfaction.
• Welcome guests graciously, provide suite orientations and coordinate efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
• Offer personalised services including packing and unpacking, laundry coordination, shoe care and the preparation of guest amenities.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, schedules and handover information to support recognition during current and future stays.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Room Service, Front Office and other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain impeccable suites, wardrobes, pantries, tableware and guest amenities while identifying and reporting any equipment defects.

• You understand guests’ individual service needs and naturally anticipate how to make their stay more comfortable.
• You remain calm, organised and accurate while managing changing priorities and resolving problems with sound judgement.
• You communicate confidently and build positive working relationships with guests and colleagues across the hotel.
• You can work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• You maintain the highest standards of personal presentation, confidentiality and respect for guest information.
