ROLE OVERVIEW

EliteButlers is seeking a highly polished, experienced, and service-oriented Butler to provide exceptional personalised service to an Ultra-High-Net-Worth family in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hotels, private residences, palace operations, or high-end hospitality environments. The Butler will be responsible for delivering seamless day-to-day service, anticipating the principals’ preferences, managing formal and informal dining arrangements, and ensuring that every aspect of the guest and family experience reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

The role requires impeccable etiquette, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and absolute discretion when handling the family's personal affairs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Personalised Butler Service

• Deliver attentive, discreet, and personalised service to the principals and family members.
• Anticipate daily requirements and preferences, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience.
• Coordinate daily service routines and respond promptly to special requests.
• Maintain detailed awareness of the family's service preferences, routines, and expectations.
• Ensure the highest standards of professionalism, presentation, and hospitality at all times.

2. Food & Beverage Service

• Provide formal and informal food and beverage service according to the occasion and family preferences.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of table setting, silver service, plate service, and clearing procedures.
• Coordinate with the private chef to ensure meals are served according to the family's schedule and preferences.
• Oversee dining table presentation, glassware, cutlery, linen, and service equipment.
• Provide tea, coffee, and other beverage service with precision and consistency.
• Assist with private dining, family gatherings, and special occasions.

3. Guest Relations & Hospitality

• Welcome and attend to guests with refined etiquette and professional courtesy.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, seating, refreshments, and dining arrangements.
• Maintain appropriate cultural awareness and adapt service to different guest expectations.
• Ensure guests receive personalised attention while respecting the family's privacy.
• Handle requests and unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.

4. Wardrobe & Personal Assistance

• Assist with wardrobe organisation, garment care, shoe care, and packing or unpacking when required.
• Maintain the organisation and presentation of personal belongings and designated service areas.
• Coordinate laundry, dry-cleaning, and garment maintenance.
• Assist with travel preparations and other personal service requirements as assigned.

5. Household Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the House Manager, private chef, housekeeping team, and other household staff.
• Ensure dining areas, service stations, and designated spaces are prepared before use.
• Monitor service supplies, tableware, beverage inventory, and related equipment.
• Communicate special requirements and service updates to the relevant team members.
• Support household events and special arrangements as required.

6. Professional Standards & Confidentiality

• Maintain impeccable grooming, body language, communication, and professional conduct.
• Respect the family's privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal matters, visitors, and routines.
• Follow household protocols, security procedures, and instructions from the House Manager or principals.
• Exercise sound judgement, discretion, and initiative in all situations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and care of service equipment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in private household service, UHNW residences, luxury hotels, palace operations, or comparable high-end hospitality environments.
• Previous experience serving HNW or UHNW principals and distinguished guests is strongly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of formal dining, table setting, silver service, and beverage service.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality etiquette and personalised service standards.
• Experience coordinating with chefs, housekeepers, and other household personnel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Impeccable grooming, professional presentation, and a calm, courteous demeanour.
• High levels of discretion, integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate needs, multitask, and work effectively in a demanding private household.
• Verifiable professional references are preferred.
