About the role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly professional Villa Butler to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning guests, delivering exceptional personalized and bespoke hospitality services to ensure a seamless and unforgettable villa experience.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, conduct in-villa check-in, and provide personalized services throughout their stay, from arrival to departure
• Ensure the villa premises, bedrooms, and living areas are impeccably maintained, fully equipped, and aligned with luxury standards at all times
• Serve breakfast, beverages, and tailor-made dining experiences in-villa following proper fine dining and high-end hospitality etiquette
• Assist guests with itinerary planning, restaurant reservations, local tour arrangements, transportation, and special custom requests
• Offer professional packing and unpacking services, as well as garment care (laundry, pressing, and delicate handling)
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and respect for guest privacy

About you

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Butler, VIP Host, or Senior Guest Service Associate in a 5-star resort, luxury villa estate, or high-end hospitality property
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a strong advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flawless grooming, high emotional intelligence, and a strong eye for detail
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per operational demands
