Job Title: Buyback Executive Mobile Showroom

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Buyback Executives with hands-on experience in mobile showrooms to manage mobile exchange and buyback operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mobile phone buyback and exchange transactions.
• Evaluate old and used mobile phones based on their condition, model, and market value.
• Assist customers with mobile exchange offers and buyback schemes.
• Verify mobile device details, IMEI numbers, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth buyback transactions.
• Explain buyback pricing, exchange policies, and offers to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of buyback transactions and customer details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in mobile showroom buyback or exchange operations is mandatory.
• Experience working with brands such as Nokia, OPPO, Vivo, Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, or similar mobile brands is preferred.
• Knowledge of used mobile phone valuation and exchange processes.
• Good customer-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to manage buyback operations independently.
