Education:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the oil & gas industry, with direct exposure to FPSO projects or offshore EPC environments
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of procurement practices, contract management, and the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle
Systems Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle IFS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in negotiating commercial terms, managing bidding processes, and preparing bid evaluations
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Incoterms, international trade regulations, and customs processes
