Responsibilities and duties

Purchasing and Order Management

• Process purchase requirements and prepare Importation Requests and Purchase Orders based on approved demand and inventory requirements.
• Monitor open Purchase Orders and follow up on pending deliveries

Supplier Sourcing and Management

• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers.
• Request and compare supplier quotations.
• Maintain an updated supplier database and product sourcing records

Price and Terms Negotiation

• Negotiate product prices, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, delivery terms, and other commercial conditions.
• Seek cost savings and better purchasing terms without compromising product quality and requirements.

Product and Specification Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Purchasing, WDD and other concerned departments regarding product specification and requirements.
• Source new products and alternative materials based on company requirements.

Inventory and Demand Coordination

• Review inventory levels, sales requirements, forecasts and purchase plans to determine replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Warehouse, Sales and Product Management teams to avoid stock shortages or excessive inventory.

Import Purchase Coordination (for imported products or material)

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation and production schedules.
• Provide complete purchasing information to the Procurement/ Purchasing Team for shipment processing.
• Monitor supplier readiness and ensure that orders are available for shipment according to the agreed timeline.

Quality and Delivery Monitoring

• Monitoring supplier compliance with approved specifications and quality requirements
• Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries
• Champions the resolution of supplier related issues and claims

Cost and Purchasing Reports

• Maintain accurate records of purchase prices, supplier quotations, Purchase Orders and order status
• Monitor actual purchase costs against approved budgets or target cost.

Qualifications

• Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience handling local and international supplier is preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, merchandising, supply chain or a related position

Certifications

• With valid Philippine Passport

Physically Abilities

• Physically fir to perform indoor and outdoor photoshoot, with some requirements to move furniture from one space to another.
• 100% International Travel for sourcing required.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Onsite)
