该职位来源于猎聘 Objectives and scope: Leads strategic procurement initiatives by formulating and implementing sourcing strategies that enhance supply chain resilience, optimize total cost of ownership, and secure reliable access to high-quality materials and services.

This role collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to manage supplier performance and contracts, mitigate supply risks, and support the company’s long-term operational and business objectives. The Senior Strategic Buyer is also responsible for developing a robust supplier network in China, in line with standards.

Works with Global category managers to enhance procurement capabilities for relevant material categories suitable for China and Asia, resulting in potential cost savings.

This role ensures effective delivery and project coordination in relocation activities, with timely reporting. Additionally, the Senior Strategic Buyer assists the Director of SCM Asia in building a resilient supplier base in China.

Partnering with local operational team to support both regional and global supply chain operations.

The role also needs to work with global logistics and trade compliance, ensuring local is aligned with global standards. Responsibilities:

• Strategic Procurement
• Lead and oversee all procurement activities in CN, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, supplier development, and effective risk management.
• Implement procurement strategies that align with global objectives.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and cost.
• Relocation & Insourcing (project work)
• Deliver reliable project management for all relocation and insourcing activities, including individual commodities and assemblies from the company‘s sites.
• Provide appropriate support for global procurement activities, particularly for items sourced from China.
• Ensured timely and coordinated updates of project reports, tracked task progress and financials, and maintained alignment with KPIs.
• Collaboration
• Foster a culture of collaboration, openness, and encouragement.
• Serve as a key member of the Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Trade Compliance team, actively contributing to global strategies and initiatives.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to our policies, local regulations, responsible sourcing objectives, and international trade requirements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, regulatory, and operational challenges. Requirements：
• Bachelor’s or higher diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and procurement, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of procurement and supplier presence in China.
• Working knowledge in SAP
